The patrimonial documentation consists of the database of patrimonial data and the cadastral parcel plan.

• The database of patrimonial data is a register containing the following elements for each owner:
  • their rights
  • their parcels
  • the surface area and non-indexed cadastral incomes of those parcels
  • the nature of the property (house, garden...) and the year of construction for building structures
  A cadastral extract is an extract containing information from that database.
• The cadastral parcel plan is a graphic representation of parcels with their boundaries and buildings. Via the CadGIS application you have free access to the cadastral parcel plan and you can also make a printout.
